— My story doesn’t start with a crisis. It starts with ice cream.
For years I ate horribly — processed food, sugar, all of it. I had no idea food was connected to how I felt, how I thought, how I remembered things, how I showed up. Every month when my period came I’d crave sugar, junkfood, eat it, and completely fall apart emotionally. Depressed for no reason. Out of control. Hitting rock bottom on a schedule — and not understanding why.
People at work noticed I wasn’t sharp. A friend told me. It was humiliating. And I still didn’t know what was causing it.
Then one day I just… ate well. No processed food, no sugar. And the next morning I woke up feeling completely different.

That was the beginning.
I’m Esther Lorena — IIN certified health coach, and the woman on the other side of adrenal burnout. I built this space because I needed it to exist. A place where the science is real, the conversation is honest, and women over 40 are finally told the truth: your body isn’t broken. It’s asking for something specific. And when you give it that — when you honor your hormones, support your adrenals, and stop running from stress and start moving through it — something shifts.
You start to feel alive again. Purposeful. Free.
